Tiffany began her career as a brokers' assistant to one of the most successful land and commercial brokerages in Collin County where large developments and acreages of land are listed and sold upwards of $200 million a year. This fast paced client facing role gave Tiffany the opportunity to learn firsthand about land development, planning & zoning procedures, condemnation hearings, marketing and branding for high end commercial and retail projects, and provided her with a deeper understanding about the legal processes of conveying real estate.
This experience created the foundation to move into risk management for a corporate bank and even enabled her to begin her own company: VBS Real Estate.
