Tiffany began her career as a brokers' assistant to one of the most successful land and commercial brokerages in Collin County where large developments and acreages of land are listed and sold upwards of $200 million a year. This fast paced client facing role gave Tiffany the opportunity to learn firsthand about land development, planning & zoning procedures, condemnation hearings, marketing and branding for high end commercial and retail projects, and provided her with a deeper understanding about the legal processes of conveying real estate. This experience created the foundation to move into risk management for a corporate bank and even enabled her to begin her own company: VBS Real Estate. This real estate virtual assistant company grew from a staff of 1 to a staff of 13 in just 4 short years, where they assist agents in transaction coordination, listing support and marketing. Being a self-professed business book junkie, Tiffany now trains real estate agents on the innovative and business minded strategies that she has learned over the years. Her well rounded knowledge of this industry is an asset to anyone buying or selling in the market in which she has worked so closely.
